Senior Manager at the Skills Development Scotland. He brings significant experience in developing and leading a range of strategic projects and programmes in the area of lifelong learning, innovation and new technologies.
Over the past 20 years he has held managerial posts within Highlands and Islands Enterprise, Glasgow Development Agency and SE Glasgow, where he was Director of Skills & Learning from 2002, before joining Skills Development Scotland in 2008 as Director of Service Design and Innovation.
He has been an adviser to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and was an active member of Careers Scotland Local Advisory Board from 2004 to 2008. Jonathan holds a number of qualifications that include a B.A in Economics and M. Sc. in Lifelong Learning.
